I am new to the blogging world and I was wondering if you add a photo with every blog post. If so, how often do you add a photo? Do you find it most helpful to add a photo? I am curious about your thoughts. Thanks!

I love to see photos in a blog post. I think it breaks it up and creates more interest in the post in general.

That being said, I don't have photos in my posts very often, simply because I don't often have a photo that corresponds with what I'm blogging about that particular day. I wish I did!
If the photo is relevant, then yes. I try to use photos with my posts. It makes them more visually interesting and more likely to be read.
Photos are good to help break up the text and add interest. When I am able to I will add photos otherwise I just stick with the text. If you read problogger he advises the use of photos.
Coming from someone who needs to see it to believe it (I'm a visual person), yes! If I read just plain text, I find it very challenging to get through. I think that's why I don't read many books. But, I can read very well if it interests me. ;)

Always better with pics!
I am very visual so I think a photo is a must w/ all blog posts.
I'm a huge fan of photos in blog posts... I think it adds a great deal of "flavor" to the post. I try to add photos on a regular basis... not to every post, but on quite a few.

If you're looking for a great resource for images check out istockphoto.com. Their prices are very reasonable and there are thousands of images to choose from.

Good luck with your blog!

I like photo's with recipes... .and I've tried to do that lately. But sometimes I forget until after I've made the dish that I should have taken photos along the way! But I do like seeing a picture or two sometimes.

Why Family Planning Is Uncontroversial

Women everywhere deserve the right to make choices about their own bodies. If a woman here in the United States wants to space her children two years apart, a woman in Ghana or India or anywhere in the world for that matter inherently deserves that right as well. In developing nations women typically have babies [...]
