I don't vlog, but I got a Flip last Christmas, and I love that thing! It is just awesome! So easy to use! I have used it to post some youtube videos on my blog, though. Congratulations on winning it!

I'm TRYING to work up the courage to VLOG at newbaby.com. I have a flip and love it as well!

I have done podcasting check out http://beautybydesignonline.com/moms for those of you who are moms of teen or tween girls. It is on hiatus at the moment b/c I just had baby #3, well three months ago. Not sure if I'm going to come off hiatus or not, it's sorta loud around my house these days.

Try to look at the camera and not off somewhere else..LOL Buy a mini tripod.
