Patrick, it's actually not hard for me at all. My older daughter's name is very similar to her pseudonym, and I usually just call her little sis 'the baby'. For now, anyway. Sometimes family or friends forget my rules when they leave a comment, but I just go back in and edit it.

It would probably be a different story if I used a pseudonym for myself. That's why I decided not to ;)
I share a little bit. I don't think my blog would be considered VERY personal. I don't use my children or husbands names and I rarely speak about my marriage. Somethings are personal and he would hate to be included in my blog. I speak about my children but mostly in a general sense. I love reading blogs of people who pour their hearts out but I feel like I do that in life with "real friends" and don't need to do it with strangers...all of that said, I am very honest and true to myself on my blog.
I do use: real names, real places (Atlanta doesn't narrow us down that much!), pictures of myself, eye shots of my children

I do not include: last names, specific section/district where we live, overtly recognizable pictures of myself, pics of my kids showing anything besides their eyes or slivers of their faces, email address, name of my husband's practice, or university where I attended
