OK, I don't have time to go through each member's profile, so I'm going with the easy way. Respond to this discussion with your blog URL and the name. Can you also include:

* Why you chose that topic to blog about
* How many posts you write a week
* Do you get visitors to your blog (besides family and friends)
* Any other info you wish to share about your blog

Thanks! - Deb

I'll add my info:

My blog is www.fabfoods.blogspot.com and the name is Fabulous Foods and Delicious Drinks

I really love to cook - and I make up most of my recipes, drawing on info from cooking shows and websites. I rarely make the same thing twice because I don't write down exactly how I did it. =)

I try to get one post a week, but when I get on a roll I can do 2-3.
I get random visitors, but not a steady following.
My photos are my own. I don't think posting a stock photo for one of my own recipes would be fair to the reader. Even though the photos are not professional quality, I don't want to deceive anyone into thinking they can cook one thing and have it look like another.

I can't wait to read about everyone else's blogs! - Deb
My name is Ali and my blog is Home of the Lazy Dog and can be found at www.alithelazydog.com.

I write every morning, Monday-Friday and I get random visitors. Since I am a Nascar fan, I start Mondays by writing a recap of the race and I end the week with Poetry Fridays. I was an English major in a previous life but am now surrounded by Dora, Thomas the Tank Engine, and Junie B. books so Poetry Fridays are my escape in a way. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are full of entries about kids, recipes, my huskies, and the daily activities of a SAHM.

Great idea for a discussion thread, Deb!
Ah, yes, Dora is a frequent visitor to our home as well. ;)
I have a few blogs that are featured on my website, Role Mommy (www.rolemommy.com). One is called Role Mommy Confessions (www.rolemommyconfessions.blogspot.com) - it's a blog that shares my riffs on everything from politics to parenting to musings about things I might not be to proud to admit. Another one is Role Mommy Recommends (www.rolemommyshopwatch.blogspot.com) which offers my reviews on must-have items for you and your family as well as reviews of movies and shows. Finally, I also have a page called Moms of Reinvention (www.momsofreinvention.blogspot.com) My posts are created to inspire and entertain today's busy moms.
Hi! My name is Leah Segedie and my blog is Bookieboo.com. Bookieboo is more than just a blog, it's a social networking site and online magazine for moms into fitness, weight loss, and healthy living. We post everyday on topics such as nutrition, weight loss, strength training, pilates, yoga, child development, child nutrition, the housing market, green living, tips for moms working from home, etc. We have members from all over the world coming to the site everyday or every week for encouragement, support and contest giveaways.
I blog over at www.AllAdither.com. It's a life blog. I try not to talk about parenting all the time, but I end up filling 80% of my posts with parenting issues. I write 3 to 5 posts per week. i get about 100 visitors a day but would like to drastically increase this number.

I originally started my blog as a way to promote my fiction, but blogging has kind of eclipsed my other writing. I have to get back to that...
My blog is cool, my blog is poppin', the kids are late for school, but all the moms are stoppin'

Oh sorry...

I write everyday at http://cheaperthantherapyjen.blogspot.com. It's addictive, it's therapeutic, it's enlightening. I write about my everyday life with 3 kids and hubby. I love the traffic feed I have because I do know that I get visitors that aren't family and friends, but curious readers looking for a good blog.
My name is Sarah. My blog is "What to do, poopsy-woo?" (http://poopsywoo.blogspot.com). It is dedicated, as we say, "to the unfettered pursuit of fun with your kids." We post everything from jump rope rhymes to game rules, to our own crafts with our kids. We're gaining a readership. Definitely, the bulk of readers, are people I don't personally know.
Life Nurturing Education (linked) records my reflections on homeschooling and family life from a Christian perspective. New encouraging posts are published 2-3 times a week.

Visitors are always welcome, but more virtual friends stop by than family. I try to remember to send grandmas, grandpas, aunt, and uncles links when I post pictures. That usually gets them to visit, but they never stay long.
Jen, what a great blog! I just left a comment there for you. You're bookmarked - can't wait to read more. =)
Blah Blah Blog - I am Shauna - I blog about my nutty family and our life! I also have a blog design blog :) a little redundant but whatever - It is www.seemydesigns.blogspot.com

Love to blog! It is my connection to the outside world - a little sad I know...but whatever! Have a great week!
Hi Sarah, what a great idea for a blog! It looks like a lot of fun. =)
