I think the blog hops that I joined but depending if the host has lots of visitors. I did not try stumble upon yet. I should do that. twitter helps too

definitely facebook is my top one.

My biggest traffic is from facebook, and sometimes twitter. I am just now tring StumpleUpon, but it looks confusing. Honestly, most of my traffic comes from doing linkies on other blogs.

I find what works well for me, is my list of over 2000 Mom supporters
I created a Web Environment called MomTraffic.comand the Moms are dedicated to supporting each other,
via sales, hits, facebook likes etc.
I have found MBC to be most helpful with traffic and networking as well
Thanks for this Awesome Place of cool networking Moms
I get the same support as I do with MomTraffic.com

I have been using Facebook, twitter & You Tube. (Known to social media experts at a combo of the 3 names, 'Tou Twit face' LOL. Most forums that I am in give me more traffic to My Hidden Jewelry Box than Facebook or Twitter.  I do like StumbleUpon although sometimes my posts can get 100s of views or no views so it's pretty arbitrary.

Depending if your talking about consistent traffic

 

If your talking about a max traffic surge I'd say StumbleUpon

 

Twitter offers steady traffic for me.

Facebook not really
