My daughter's name is Autumn. I live in Michigan and the fall season is very beautiful here. It's my favorite time of year.

My son Joshua was just a name I liked.
My daughter Ashton was named after Kirstie Alleys character on the mini series North & South I just fell in love with the name and was the first time I had heard it.
My baby girl's name is Abigail Rayne and my daughter Ashton picked out her first name and her middle name was a play on what was happening at the time of conception (sorry TMI)

My son's full first name is Dellzane, we call him Zane. Dell is my husband's father who passed away when he was four. And we liked Zane and in some name dictionaries it means "God's Gift". We wanted to have a name that we could incorporate Dell in but that it wasn't always a constant reminder to my MIL of her husband.

My daughter's name is Hannah Olivia Pearl

Hannah because we both loved it
Olivia for my grandmother whose name is Olive (she hates it and forbade any of us from using it for future kids - so we cheated )
Pearl for hubby's grandmother
and our last name starts with E so her initials spell
HOPE :)

My son is Jacob Andrew. I liked Jacob because of the Biblical Jacob and I liked "Jake". My husband wanted Andrew as the first name but obviously I won, but at least we both got the names we liked....sort of.

My daughter got stuck with a doozey!
Abigail Stella-Lorraine. I like "Abby" and I am really into the more old fashioned names. The Stella-Lorraine is for my husband's and my grandmothers. My husband wanted to just do "Stella Lorraine" as her first and middle name but personally I just wasn't feeling Stella for a first name.

Not much behind the names we picked. We chose Tyler first for no reason. Then we had Toby and chose it mainly because it was a T. With our third, it had to be a T no doubt but we tried to be slighty more creative. We searched for old cowboy names and found Truitt but we changed it to Truett.

We always had two names picked before we got pregnant - Corey Michael and Kaitlin Rae. We picked names that we really liked at the time and names no one else had. Our first was our son, Corey. He was easy because by the time he was born, we still had no one within family and friends with the name Corey - we were good. Our second was a girl, but after three people I worked, pregnant at the same time chose Kaitlin, and then two people at my husband's office chose that name, the name I really loved had to go. My husband with tons of determination set out to find a unique name, he looked for days on the intertnet and found a site with strange names and decided he wanted to name our daughter Cajun Rain. WHAT? Trust me, he tried for weeks and still NO. We decided to name our daughter Kealie. To date, we have only met personally one other Kealie, she spelled her's Keely, but she was my daughter's first grade teacher.

My baby's name is Aviia (like aviation without the "tion"). And yes, my husband is a pilot and I'm not sure if she's going to hate us for giving her such a name. And I also put two i's to make it a bit unique.

And now, almost everyone that sees her name does not know how to pronounce it the first time
