how do you create an icon for your blog? i would love to have one for mine so that i can add it to myspace, etc. but i don't know how. anyone have a tutorial?

an icon. like something that i can put on other websites. or something that i could have an html for so i can swap icons with other mom bloggers. like, i would put your icon on my blog to promote your blog and you would do the same. Maternal Spark has one for her blog about half way down. it says "get your icon". i want something like that...
