My pet peeve in general is poor customer service. I swear, is it too much to ask an employee to smile? Or not roll their eyes? Or sigh?
My pet peeve when it comes to blogs? I'd have to say blogs that are so busy that I can't figure out where the actual post is or how to navigate the site.
