I've recently started a blog makeover to narrow the focus of my blog to what I'm most passionate about, health and fitness.

Now, I'm working on how to increase traffic and attract new followers with an interest in all things health and fitness.

Check out the new Life...as I see it. And I'm open to any suggestions or tips. Actually they would be appreciated :)

Follow. Let me know. I'll follow too.
