Right now I really can't afford to pay to get my blog designed...

But it desperately needs something new and different!

Where can i/do you find the best FREE blogger layouts/templates? Not just backgrounds; I need something with a good layout, buttons, the whole she-bang!

I also would like to know the answer. I don't like my layout or they way it looks compared to others.  I would like to change mine too.

Check out http://btemplates.com/ for starters! I'm working on editing a layout I found there :)

I would like to know too.

Google is your friend. That is where I find mine when I first started blogging.

I will be checking this out. I am letting my creative self think outside of the box for 2012. This will be the year to branch out and pump up my writing career, with a PB coming out and more ideas than I can capture, Look out here I come.

http://makincuteblogs.com/ is cute

Also, I used http://thepixelista.com/ before I paid for my blog redesign. I thought she had a custom made look for free :)

I've got some DIY designs on my site that I just put on sale for $10!!  They're DIY because you have to install them yourself ... but I give you detailed instructions on how to do so.  I just starting doing these DIY PreMades ... so I'd love to have some bloggers go test them out.  That's why I've got them on sale right now.  Normally, I do the full install ... but I wanted to offer something with a lower price point ... so I thought I would give these DIYs a try.  Hop on over and take a look ... and please let me know what you think ...

Hope that helps!

I just blogged about this recently. If you have the $10, I would check out Mommy Blog Designs, they are so cute and very inexpensive right now. For completely free, there is thecutestblogontheblock.com for headers, buttons and backgrounds. Leelou blogs has some complete templates for free with banners, sidebar headers and the background. I posted more about this on my blog if you want to check out the other sites I found.

I love Mommy Blog Designs, she did my blog. Great job and she's fantastic to deal with.

Sometimes it's cheaper than you think.  You can put an ad on craigslist and find a designer sometimes for $35 an hour...and if they're good it just takes a couple of hours sometimes.

Hi Jessa, I listed a few good blogging resources that might be worth checking out... http://prayersandpeekaboo.blogspot.com/2012/01/blogging-resources-t...

Good luck on the revamp!
