I am fairly new to the blogging community and have a quick question. I have been very fortunate to win 3 giveaways. Is it proper etiquette to recognize the bloggers I won the giveaways from after the fact in my own blog? I always post their contests on my page for them while they are running the giveaway... Do I need to do more?

In my opinion, sending a thank you email is absolutely necessary. Posting about it on your blog isn't a must, but it's oh-so-appreciated... plus it's good karma! What you're doing sounds good to me :) If only every winner was that nice!
I think it's a great idea to post a public shout out on your blog. After all, a lot of times the contests are ways for bloggers to gain more traffic on their site, so if you post about their blog it's helping them out even more.

Yes- definitely. Many give-a-ways are done for this purpose. It's part of the publicity they are looking for.
Congratulations on your wins :)
I gave you a shout out tonight! Thanks again for the prize!
