Brand nw to blogging and really need some followers!

I am all new to the world of blogging, but just had my first child last year and thought it would be cool to start a blog. I have HIGH HOPES of it becoming a blog where I can review baby/momy type items.. hopefully do some giveaways, and just have fun and make new friends in the process (you really do lose a lot of friends when you become a mom and none of your friends have kids!)  I see you have to have followers and be established before most places will consider having you review products.
