Can I pick your brain? How do I go about self-hosted domain blog?

In order to host your own blog, you will need to move your blog to a blogging platform with site files on your hosting account. Preferably Wordpress. I offer services of Blogger to Wordpress migrations thru my blog design site http://graphic-idesign.com.

I transferred my blog through Blogger, and I still use the Blogger platform. In your blog, go to the Settings tab, and then click on Publishing. Click the link for publishing to a custom domain. You can purchase a custom domain for $10/year from GoDaddy.com through Blogger/Google. It was all very easy and simple to do. Feel free to send me a message if you have any more questions!

Oops sorry, I see you have already purchased your domain name. You can still easily transfer your blog through the steps I posted. After you click the link for publishing to a custom domain, just select the option that says you have already purchased a domain name. Again, feel free to message me if you have a question!

I found a way to do it thanks to some help from the boards on Pitch It....you don't have to transfer anything at all. You just have to change your setting in Blogger and then with GoDaddy (if that's where you registered your domain). Thanks everyone for your help though :)
