I would love the opportunity to share our company with moms. My partner, Heather Quillen, and I have formed YoMedics. We are a company dedicated to improving the health and wellness of children in a fun, interactive, educational and sustainable format. We develop programs for different ages that help children, and their families, learn healthy lifestyle behaviors that allow them to have a sustainable and productive life in body, mind and spirit. Our programs can assist children who are overweight or obese, who have poor nutritional status or for children who just need to improve their overall lifestyle habits. This is all done in fun educational booklets designed for the child and parent.
Our children are in a downward spiral of health. With the rising obesity epidemic in children and adolescents and overall poor health Heather and I decided it was time to give back to our communities. YoMedics is a young company with a huge mission and vision. We are always looking for motivated moms (and dads) who would like to become involved as facilitators in their local community. What does that mean? You simply join families together to have fun exercising and educating them on healthy lifestyle behaviors. Topics we cover include teaching why it is important to be healthy, exercise, great healthy nutrition tips including school lunches, snacks, holiday, etc and how children can love themselves and others by having good morals, ethics and thoughts. All of which are provided for you in our guides. We are always looking for moms who would be willing to evaluate our program and give us feedback as to how we can improve to serve the children of our future better. Check out our webiste at www.yomedics.com and please give me your feedback.
