Every Monday sign ups open for you to join the party on Wednesday. When you enter your blog or post you have a chance at being one of the 25 randomly chosen blogs to be featured at the party.
On Wednesday 6:30PM PST you join the party for a whirlwind blog hop! 25 blogs will be tweeted from the @commenthour twitter account and you have to race to each one and comment.
