Confusion Over GFC And G+

Is certain that bloggers that are not under blogger blog will say goodbye to their GFC, and G+ came in replacement for it. How sure are we that G+ will not eventually be removed in the future.

I'm hearing again that bloggers under blogger blog will also be affected after non blogger blogs says good bye to their GFC.

How true is that? Or bloggers that this will affect are just trying to make us in blogger blog feel scared.. lol!

Just want to hear what you all think about this upcoming change.

MayMay - there is an official release of this information about GFC - it will not be removed from blogger/blogspot blogs - however it will not be available for any other blog format such as Wordpress, etc.

Google Friend Connect— "We're retiring the service for all non-Blogger sites on March 1, 2012."

I have a blogger blog and I started a G+ page just to start building now. I want to continue to do reviews/giveaways and it seems to be about NUMBERS! ;)

I am pretty annoyed by this. I've been building up my GFC following for the past year and have now reached over 3000 followers. It's also attached to how my blog is delivered to my readers feeds. Now they are telling me that's going away and I have to start all over with a new google product?
