Custm, Handcrafted Tutu Giveaway!
I have recently started a new business at home creating cute and sassy tutu's! For the holiday's, I have decided to give one away! The contest is for residents of the U.S. and ends December 18th. The winner will be able to choose ANY tutu in ANY size (btwn 0-6T). The tutu will be shipped on the 19th via Priority Mail, so that it will arrive in time for Christmas!
