Or should I do something special for my 100th  blog post? I am at 98 and just wondering if I should make a big deal about this or not.  I have been blogging for over almost 3 years but Turning Shades of Green has been not that long. I started it last June.  But is the blog I am the most active on posting.  That and my new blog The Sassy Vegetarian where I post my recipes to keep not going to be a big deal there.....

I think you should. I'm only half-way there. But it's a great way to celebrate!

ok. guess it won't hurt tooo bad..........
I did a big celebration for my 1000th post on one blog recently. I'm only at 310 on my other. I think it's a milestone to remember. If you have something to giveaway, a giveaway post is common. Once you have more posts and visitors, you may be able to get a company to sponsor a giveaway for your blog, but you'd have to plan that more than 2 posts in advance.

If nothing else, at least make the 100th post full of colourful graphics, some stats on why and how and when you started your blog and maybe some points on where you think it's going.
I didn't, but that's just because my blog wasn't public for my 100th post.

I am nearing the 500th mark -- and toying with the idea of something for it.
