Can someone clarify for me...

If I write a sponsored post that doesn't list the name of the company but I was asked to link a few keywords to their site...do I need to disclose that?  And if so what exactly do I need to disclose?
Is a simple, "Sponsored Post" enough?

I always believe it's better to disclose than not disclose. I would simply say something like: Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. I received compensation for this content...

Or something like that.
