Help!  My 16 month old son screams all the time and with everything.  He's my second and my daughter never did this!  It's driving me crazy. How should I handle this.  Any advice would help!

put him in time out. joking. you can if its too loud put him safely in another room and let him calm down. sometimes we need to practice patience, other times we cannot and we need a minute to cool down. dont react. just stay calm when he does.
