Getting Guest Writers

Hey everyone!

I am the Promotions Director for a national non-profit support network for moms. TheMommiesNetwork.org. Since becoming the director I have taken on our blog for the organization. We are trying to get as much mommy bloggers to help out with posts. I am gearing up for October submissions and am trying to put it out there that we want to focus on stuff that surrounds things in October.

What is the best way to get guest writers?

Here are some ways to get guest writers:
- Put out a call for writers, on your blog, facebook, twitter, and forums (like here)
- Start contacting the blogs you love, those that have similar audiences as you, those that write the kind of stuff you'd like on your blog, and ask these bloggers if they would write a guest post
