Google Adsense has "disabled" my account. Has this ever happened to any of you and if so, what did you do?

I am new to this blogging thing and have had quite a bit of fun with it.  I enjoy writing and sharing my family and experiences with everyone, as well as reading other blogs, laughing at your stories, learning new recipe ideas, crafts, and so much more.  I didn't know the blogging world was so big until I took the plunge.  But, as with anything these days, part of this is about making a little green on the side.  This is really a job if you think about it.  It takes a lot of time, and you would hope to turn at least a little profit to help to better your family.  So with this in mind, I paid for Google Adsense and the ads started popping onto my page.  Less than a month in, I got a message that my Adsense account had been deactivated as my account had been "violated".  The email offered a link to the Adsense help page with guidelines for appeals, etc.  It specifically said that they could not reveal to their "publishers" the nature of the violation but gave a link to appeal.  I appealed stating that I did not feel that anyone that frequented my blog or any one I was affiliated with would violate anything and that in fact in over a month, I had only "banked" a cool 2 pennies so I did not see how any violation could have occurred.  Of course, I was not that snarky but that was the jist.  They denied my appeal and stated that only one appeal was an option and that I would not be allowed to open another account, nor would they refund my money.  Again, they would not/could not provide an explanation.  Has anyone else experienced anything of this sort?  If so, what did you do?  Did you give up on blogging all together?  I am contemplating that option because as I stated, this takes a lot of time and I do have other hobbies/interests, plus a full family life and I am now very frustrated with this whole thing.  I love blogging, I love the writing, this kind of venting (er I mean sharing) is right up my alley but if this is how it goes, I'm uncertain of my path.  Any opinions, comments, bashing, or whatever would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks so much and sparkle on!  If you can't sparkle, you might as well not exist!  XOXO

Hi. I don't understand what you paid for. I have AdSense on my blog and I was never asked to pay for anything. I know that it is a violation for you to click on any ads yourself, even once. I don't know why they are not telling you what you were in violation of. How can you put in a dispute if you don't even know what you are disputing?
