You only have nine links pointed to you listed in Google. You may wanted to increase the number of people who link to you.

PageRank is tracked internally by Google, updated pretty much constantly and exported for public view on an irregular basis to the Google Toolbar. There hasn't been a major update since early April (except for scattered claims of updates on a small, small handful of pages). It doesn't look like it's ever going to be exported again, but it still will probably be used internally at Google. PageRank is kind of misused...
