Hi Sandra
First of all, CONGRATULATIONS to you for having the courage to start your own biz. You've stepped out and done something many people will only dream about. GOOD for you!

I took a look at your blog and your website. I have a few questions for you, if you don't mind. Okay?

How are you currently marketing your business? Has it been strictly by referrals/word of mouth? Or are you advertising in a local paper?

What plan do you have in place (behind the scenes) to get people to call you up for a consultation?

What type of image do you want to present to your ideal clients? What type of brides do you want to attract? Free Spirits? Mature and sophisticated? Modern and trendy?

One more question: What purpose does your website serve? Is it a portfolio? a sales tool? What do you want people to do after coming to your site?

There are more questions I could ask, but I don't want to overwhelm you. You are in a very competitive business. You have to be able to differentiate yourself. There is something unique and wonderful that you bring to the brides and families you work with. Make sure that shines through in your website.
