I would suggest joining a site like sxc.hu and using stock images that are approved for you to use. Grabbing pictures of someone else's kids and using them without permission is a huge no-no in most places!
For Heather Heinzer: Thanks for your sugestion, do you sure if I join in sxc.hu I chould put the picture. If it's true, I Whould began in that site.
