How is following a blog different from subscribing to it?
What does one do over the other?
Would you just do one and not the other or both?
I am so confused! Help!

I know. No one has answered and I cannot seem to figure it out. I follow some blog but that does not mean that I get their feeds while others I do get the feeds but I not signed up to follow. I am not sure of the difference. Why follow a blog if you are not getting the feeds or a subscriber? I just cannot wrap my head around it.
