How do I run a giveaway on my blog??

I'm not a professional blogger and my brain is scrambled about how to run a giveaway on my blog. I want to give away my own products for my Uppercase Living Wall Lettering & decor business. So, I'm my own sponsor I guess you could say. I'm not wanting to give away other products - just my own products and it would all be money out of my own pocket.

I have new blogs, so I'm hoping a giveaway would help bring in new followers and subscribers and hopefully fans for my Facebook page and if I'm really lucky, new business in the form of shopping on my online catalog, hosting an online show to earn free products or join my new nationwide sales team of Uppercase Living Mom Bloggers..

My first giveaway would probably on my blog at http://www.wordsforliving.net/, then once I learn how to run giveaways, I'll give away wall lettering decor on my other blogs.

I don't know where to begin or how to do this. I'm hoping someone has a detailed tutorial or can tell me the how-to details so I can learn how to host giveaways on my blogs.

I'm also confused about how to use Random.org or other ways to draw the winners.

Hope these questions aren't too stupid... I'm not a professional blogger in any way and just don't know how to do host these giveaways.
