I had a baby 6 months ago and thought my body/cycle/etc was getting back to normal. But the past few weeks I've bee having hot flashes and feeling dizzy (among other things). Certainly, this could be stress, lack of sleep and my body being tired from a new workout routine, but I wonder too if it could be my hormones doing funny things with me.
I think I remember a baby center email saying that having lots of hair falling out is normal at that time, because your hormones are finally getting back to pre-pregnancy levels...so maybe this is your body's last-ditch effort at the final adjustment? I'd check with your doctor to be sure...
