What exactly do you mean "page drop down tabs"? Is it the menu that when you hover, links drop down?
Yes, that is correct. when you have page headers at the top of the page if that makes any sense.

Drop down menus can be a little tricky and usually involves some serious CSS coding and tweaking to ensure cross-browser functionality.
