Description:

Every one of us wants to have enough sleep throughout the night, but not everyone knows how to do this. Maybe there's something wrong with the food they eat before bed? Or maybe you're afflicted with insomnia? Whatever that is, we only have one goal every night and that is to have sweet dreams. 8 hours of sleep is necessary for our body to get revitalize and recharge for the next day.

Lack of sleep can negatively impact our daily lives and on one's physical and mental health. In order for us to have a good sleep, it's also important to understand how our sleep cycle works and what kind of food that affects our sleeping pattern. Nutritional supplements can definitely help but we will consider this option as our last resort.

Mind Your Zen provides us an infographic that will educate us on how to get better at sleeping every night. It also discusses what are the consequences if you're having sleep deprivation, what foods to eat and not to eat before bedtime and what supplement to take when you have sleeping problems.
