I had a page titled Web 2.0 reviews (as i review techy stuff) already at my social networking and blog resources blog (along with a PR welcome page) I have add Review Disclosure Policy and linked the three together. I am hoping this will cover everything.
Feel free to check it out and use my ideas to write something for your blog. I am sure we will see more ideas and guidelines for these types of pages soon.
