Follow these given steps:

  • Start with one side above the body. Beginning from the neck, scrape down and outwards across the shoulders in an L shape.
  • Repeat each area for about 20-30 seconds.
  • Keep moving down the body until you reach the Latissimi dorsi.

Tip: follow the red marks and don’t be afraid of them. They are expected!
