Permalink Reply by Artemis Clover on September 10, 2010 at 10:53pm I totally get where you're coming from! I could care less about Farmville, or what some woman who I last saw when we were in Kindergarten had for breakfast. Which is why I'm really careful about who I friend on Facebook. If I've never met you in person, we're not "friends." If I wouldn't take time to go have coffee with you, you're not my "friend." If you're not someone I would love to have over to my house... you are not my "friend."
My Friends list on Facebook stays between 100-120. If it goes over that, I weed people out. Yup, I systematically de-friend people who bug me, or who I no longer feel a desire to connect with.
I did finally give in and have a Facebook fan page for my blog... mostly so that I can update it and my mom and aunties can see that I've updated my blog... it is their version of a "Google Reader." : P
