I am so proud to be an American and to have been able to witness history in the making. The first bi-racial president the USA has elected, President Barack Obama. I am not only proud myself, but that my children are witnessing this extraordinary event along with me.

When they are older to understand, I will let them know they they too, can run for president! (They are bi-racial as well.)

I now know that anything is possible. That anything can happen if we, as Americans, come together and make a difference!
