I blog because I need to remind myself of just how good my life really is. It can be so easy to get caught up in the monotony of life, all the little things that are wrong every day. My blog helps me to focus on the beauty of my family, the fun that we have together, lets me vent about all the stuff that stinks and then let it go and move on.

I'm new here. I've been blogging on different platforms since before I was a mom (around 2004-2005) but my blog now is pretty new. For me, I blog because basically I just love to write and since English isn't my first language, blogging actually makes for a perfect practice. Pre-internet era, I had so many diaries it's embarrassing LOL. Now blogging is a way of expressing myself in words, to stay connected with far away families and friends as well and of course to make new friends. Nice to be here.
I blog because it gives me an outlet to write every day and courages me to be consistent with something. It holds me accountable and reminds me of my goals. My blog is a way for me to stay on track and not fall off task.
I blog because I have so many random thoughts going around and in my head and most often than not, I don't have anyone to share them with. Well I can share them with the kids, but they don't listen when I give them simple instructions! QAnd by the time my husband gets home from work, my momnesia kicks in an I totally forgot everything.
I also blog, because I love to cook, and I'd love get creative ideas from other bloggers.
