I'm usually pretty savy with computer stuff. But for some reason I can't figure out how to spruce up my blog layout? I know what I want, but cant figure out how to do it. Too frustrated and impatient to REALLY give it a try. My question is... did you bloggers design your own blog layout or use somebody else? Who do you recommend?

I am using a designer... she has completed my blog buttons for me but not my website make-over. I am VERY happy with the price and work so far. If you use Diana, please be sure to tell her Kelli sent you!
I designed my own blog. It is a pretty easy process, but I got so anal about it, it took me a while longer than expected. If you do end up going the DIY route, there are a bunch of how-to blogs out there. I can give you a few recommendations if you want!
I designed my own - while I was nesting, actually. A few days before I was induced, I sat down and tore apart wordpress and created this (which I know I need to update way more often): http://these3things.com

I'm having mine designed, the project starts next week. I knew how to do it but I wanted someone else to take over with an initial layout.
