Recently I wrote about my quest to become an eternal optimist as I struggle to find balance in my life. I would very much like to run a series of posts about this journey, as I think it'd be fun and who knows maybe I'll find the answer!
Since then I've been in touch with a couple of companies about trialling their products for review for my readers. There are so many different products and practises that promise inner calm, help with anxiety and all that, maybe some of them work?.
Anyway would be great if anyone fancied helping me on this journey. Perhaps you can suggest any products or practices like rituals, yoga, meditation etc you do to keep calm that might work as a guest post on my blog. I think it's an interesting area and would love to delve into in a bit deeper, but don't have the time to do it all on my own.
