Help me. I'm still a "little" new at this. Am I the only one that hates long blog posts? I try to keep mine simple, but at times I get wordy - I understand that. However, some people just go on and on and on...to the point I can only handle reading half the post.

Am I approaching this from the "wrong" perspective or is my attention span just too short for blogging?

No, you are right. I struggle with keeping my posts and you tube videos short. I'm working on a more button, so I don't lose folks like you. It should be in place next week. Check it out then...http://www.freetosave.net
Teri - I think as long as your posts are 300 words or so you are just fine.  Most people won't read all of really long posts anyway.  If you have done keyword research and are trying to drive search traffic, then go for 400 words but you don't need to be any longer.
Thanks. I have been struggling with this so much, I just blogged about it the other day on my most popular blog:

(sorry, on my IPad and can't make the link)

I think I'm going to keep it around 300 to keep content focused and easy to read.

Thnx! Can't wait to check out your blogs too!
I've read people recommend not having a super long blog so I don't think you're the only one.  I skim more than anything if I see that it's super long.
