Looking for a web page designer....

Hey All!

I am planning on going from blog to web page in the very near future, and I'm looking for a great web page designer/maintenance for the site. Does any one have a good referral. I see so many of your beautiful sites on MBC but I just don't know where to start. I don't want to lay down a bunch of money on a site that claims they do great work only to find down the road that I got scammed.

I would really appreciate some tips.

Depending on exactly what you're looking for I could probably help you. I do Graphic & Web Design. Are you wanting to change your template and customize your page. I assume you're going to purchase a domain name and drop the blogspot.com Are you staying with Blogger or moving to Wordpress? Do you know who your hosting will be through?

I know, I have tons of questions, Lol!

Thank you Jen & Tonya!!! SIGH,.......I'm still not sure what to do. I think I have this nagging fear of taking the leap, wondering if it's the right thing to do. But I so appreciate your responses, and I love your pages! I'm still checking out different sites similiar to my intended venue, attempting to zero in on what exactly I want to do with my site. If I could just be as organized as you two...... :)

Thanks Cindy!!!!! I really appreciate all the responses. I am going in the direction of a website soon,....I think I just have some fears though if it's the right thing to do. I see all of these great mom sites on here & it appears that there are some great successes, but I wonder if is worth it. Maybe some of the moms out there can tell me if they are really finding success with there web page. I will certainly look at the link Cindy! Thanks for your help!

I use www.organicthemes.com, I bought a template for 69 and I host my site/blog with godaddy.com for like 5 bucks a month. It's really cheap. The templates are easy to change up and you can check mine out if you want, www.sproutreviews.com to compare to the demo. I did my header myself to save some money. Hope that helps! Oh, also I run on wordpress, if that matters lol.
