Do you ever cross post? I have a recipe blog and a general, about-my-life-and-day blog. Sometimes I'll put my recipes on my other blog because I like them and want to share, but then worry about searchability if 2 blog have he same content.
I ended up turning my food blog into my personal blog instead of trying to keep it separate. I didn't have what it took to be Elise at Simply Recipes or Kalyn at Kalyn's Kitchen or geez, the Pioneer Woman, so I re-focused and am much happier.
Thanks...I'm kind of leaning this way, too...I prefer my personal blog, and figure I can just add some recipes here and there. I'm no cook, and was kind of focusing on that - recipes that are easy enough for me...
