Hi, fellow moms on mbc! I am thrilled to be here, and would love to know how all of you cope with the daily pressures of work (in and out of home) and parenting.
I recently found that there are two things that help me a lot:
1)Smile - a lot!
2)Sing - freely
How about you all?
I drink coffee. It makes me happy as I love the taste. Also dancing or running. I do either one daily.
I love coffee too, especially in the winter, the extra bold kind.
I like to drink my hot herbal tea, relax in a nice hot bath or eat chocolate:)
A bath sounds lovely! I am also hoping to get a spa voucher for a massage from my better half today ;-)

during my sons bathtime I sing him songs then we cuddle and I rock him to sleep. This always makes me so happy.
also going for a walk or showering and getting all ready to go out (even if I'm not going anywhere) always makes me feel better!

I feel overwhelmed with work and home all the time. Thinking of my little one and how much love I have for him makes it all go away.
