Ok other mom's out there I have a question? I have been having some complaints with my sons teachers that he keeps putting the metal part of pencils in his mouth chewing on them and some other non edible things. I have explained to them that he has some Oral Sensory Processing Disorder. I have ordered him one of the oral chew toys to put around his neck when he needs it. He also has been diagnosed with adhd and having trouble following directions. How can I go about helping the teachers with the situations that are going on with him?
