Mom Bloggers Club: Connect With Over 16,000 Mom Bloggers

My 12 year old daughter has her own blog.  She has been getting approached by pr firms and other website owners to help promote their product/service or website.  It is all age appropriate products/services and site, but it all seems one sided.  They are asking that she help promote their giveaway, this that and the other thing, but they are not offering her anything.  How can I make it more beneficial for her keeping in mind that she is only 12. What are the rules and regulations with this sort of thing?

Any advice or tips you can give me would be very much appreciated.

I may be over-protective, but I would help my daughter avoid things like that. She's a minor and can't enter into a legal contract, so it makes me wonder if these firms realize she's only 12. If so, they must want something for nothing. I just believe I wuold stay away. I would let her blog for fun, though. Not sure if there are rules and regulations, though. Seems like a gray area right now.
