So I joined MBC last week and I enjoy all the new blog I'm following and all the new followers I have. But one slight complaint I have is a lot of the blogs are nothing more then giveaways and coupon blogs.
Are there any bloggers out there that stick with general mommy topics, crafts, reading, marriage?
If so I want to follow my blog and exchange I think you'll enjoy my blog.

I don't know if I responded to thread yet or not, but I have a real blog! I am a new mom, as well as a literacy instructor and researcher at Columbia University. I've been blogging about how to read and write with babies and toddlers. It's mostly ideas for reading and writing that I have been trying out with my daughter, Lily, who is now 9 months old, but we've been reading and singing and storytelling form day one! I don't advertise or sell anything on my blog, it's just for information and ideas!

Amen! Over the years I have watched my favorite blogs become so filled with giveaways and samples they no longer have a voice. So sad I think. I, too hope to keep it mom real and to share the ups and downs. And not what I have to give away free.
