I will definitely check out your blog. Personally, I'm new to the whole networking experience. I began my blog because I'm a mother of older boys, former Marriage and Family therapist, DIY home decorater, event planner and avid book nut. Yes, I blog about crafts, books, and entertaining, but I also write about relationships, kids and women's issues. I try to write in a thought-provoking way and love to gets comments! Hi there!

I am finding the same thing. I enjoy entering contests every now and then... but not a fan of hosting them! ;-) 
I generally blog about holistic nutrition, beauty tips, and of course, being a mom! 

Most of all I love to read blogs that challenge my mind and get me thinking some! I get bored easily reading about cleaning tips etc.

My blog is real! I usually do a couple of giveaways a month, but not much more. This week I'm doing a bunch, however, since I'm behind! 90% of my blog, however, is just about my life, my insights, my experiences - all of which include my marriage and children. 

www.dgmommy.com is where you can check it out! The left sidebar has the most popular posts. Giveaways tend to creep in there, but my Marriage Matters post and a couple of potty training (or lack thereof) posts have stayed in the top 5 for a long time now! I hope you'll pop by for a visit!

I would love to increase my readership as well. I am finding it a bit difficult. I do like coming on to the site and reading other blogs.  I have found some great blogs. I normally keep track of the blogs that I join and try to comment on them at least once every other week until I just never hear from them.  I love having tons of blogs to read and respond too.
