Redesign- Who would be a good designer to look at?

I am using a blogger template and I like it, but am considering changing to different design to make my blog look a little better. I am also thinking about going to 3-columns. I have tried applying the code to a practice blog and didn't get it to work to do the three column myself. I will need someone who would design and install at a reasonable price. I don't want to spend a lot of money.

I just had a gal, Crissy design my blog in 3 columns. She did it all so I didn't lose a thing. You can check out my blog at Woven by Words to see what mine looks like. I chose the picture and she pulled the colors out of the picture for everything else. I was able to send her the font I liked. She continued to check with me and ask my opinions. You can find her at Crissy's Blog Design. When you head to her site, you can see some blogs she's recently done on the right side bar.

She's really a blessing to work with. I only met her when I contacted her about her designs and have nothing but good intentions with sharing her site. Good luck!

i just got my blog redesigned this past week and I love it her name is Ellie and the website is www.rainydaydesigns.com it's cheap and super cute and she is GREAT to work with
