When did you remove the training wheels off your child's bike. Was it when they reached a certain age or size and just thought it was time to move up? Was based on your child's current abilities on their bike? Or did you skip the training wheel stage all together?

Summer's here and I'm hoping to get the kids out biking more and I'm just wondering what to do about my oldest daughter and her bike. Thanks
