“Ruby’s Studio: The Feelings Show” – Cute DVD on Feelings for Kids!

I just watched a great DVD with my boys and they were mesmerized.  My boys are 2 and 4 and still learning about different feelings and emotions, which can be hard for kids to identify.  “Ruby’s Studio:  The Feelings Show” is a great DVD for kids ages 3-6 and I love that it is even recommend by pediatricians and teachers!  It was created to help kids cope with frustration, communicate better, increase cooperation, lessen tantrums and develop social and emotional skills.  The DVD is 45 minutes long and full of so much great content!  My boys were even mimicking the kids faces when they were expressing the different emotions.  The DVD inlcudes animated segments, puppets, art activites, original songs, and real kids!

Ruby leads the show by starting activities, explaining feelings, and she brings a positive and bright attitude to the show.  She is so happy and kid-friendly.  The DVD is a great way for parents, caregivers, or teachers to explain feelings and how to cope with them!
