I've gotten quite a bit of help from Blogging with Success. They taught me how to create my own blog button and did a whole thing about customizing your own social bookmarks (but I can't wrap my head around that one yet) and they've got some pretty good articles about the ins/outs of blogging and all that goes with it (traffic, site design, CSS, etc.) I think they have four regular contributors from all over the globe? In any case, I've found them to be very helpful and accessible - I just email them or post on their blog whenever I have a question.
