The opportunity to attend the P&G Pampers Mommy Bloggers Event in Ohio. It was so great to meet other bloggers in person.

Well, I have not ever received a perk. Period. No freebies. Nothing like that. Well I take it back, I volunteered at a blogging group volunteer event and there I received some coupons and free samples.

So the best perk, while it sounds silly, has been that it has made me stop and slow down and think when life otherwise doesn't let me do that.

I really don't know HOW to go about getting oppurtunities such as trips and things. I did however, have a gentleman email me asking to review his new children's book for my reader's AND viewers (I also do mommy vlogs on YouTube) and I am very excited! Hoping it's a start to something great!

Country Bob's Sauce, baby! Two bottles! That stuff is great! He even mailed me a cookbook a few weeks later! I've met a couple of great girls and that rocks!

I've gotten tons of books (a lot before they are released!) and a few really cool products. Oh and one company paid me $30 bucks to put a little tiny button on my blog. It wasn't that much but it sure made me feel like the big time! LOL

My best perk so far was a 4 day stay in an Orlando vacation condo. That was one heck of a fun review! After that comes all the cloth diapers and wool I reviewed too. If you cloth diaper you know the addiction and how much fun free fluff is!!

I am working on getting to know companies better and eventually going to an event. that is my dream!
